Consequently, we have been operating the information pack scheme since 1990 and over 250,000 families will receive our packs each year.
The packs are delivered to the main holiday parks weekly and this ensures they receive exactly the amount required and there is no wastage. Each pack is then handed to visitors on arrival.
Many outlets prefer to take packs instead of racks; others use them both. For example, we provide a weekly delivery service to all the major participating holiday parks to ensure they have a pack to give to each family on arrival, but they also have a display rack in reception. The smaller accommodation outlets do not always have room for a rack and will prefer a supply of information packs.
